You and your association can benefit from attendance at the 36th UCOM Seminar:

• UCOM is unique in that it sponsors condominium seminars from the point of view only of co-owners and their association.
• Become more knowledgeable and be more effective in the administration of your complex and this seminar will show you how.
• Join UCOM - the one group in Michigan dedicated only to the consumer aspects of community living and watches out for the well-being of co-owners and associations.

We are pleased to announce that the line-up of speakers is complete for the upcoming Seminar.

There will be nine presentations, three being held simultaneously.  Lunch will be preceded by a Legal Forum Question and Answer Session, held in the main auditorium. There, you will be able to pose your legal questions to representatives from some of Michigan’s leading Condominium Law Firms. The moderator will Fox 2-TV’s own legal expert, Charlie Langton. 

It is suggested to try to send at least three delegates from your Association in order that all the sessions can be reviewed and discussed by your Board of Directors.

The topics are fresh with focus the new FHA requirements – all will bring you up to date on subjects that are most important to you and to your Condominium organization.
