UCOM Goals
Develop and maintain programs which represent the best interests of all condominium owners through educational forums and publications.
Encourage and enhance the condominium lifestyle as a more carefree, economical and independent home ownership.
Inform and educate members to administer their associations with knowledge, good judgment and even-handedness for the well being of all.
Represents members setting forth the interests of condominium associations through the legislative process. UCOM is the only organization that is designed solely to represent the interests of condominium and community associations in Michigan
Inform members of potential legislation relating to issues affecting home ownership, particularly condominium ownership.
Join and participate in national organizations with goals common to UCOM and condominium ownerships and lifestyle. |

1. Print the name of your Association or Business.
2. Print the name of each attendee.
3. Select a lunch for each representative.
4. Include a telephone number of at least one Board member who can be reached if necessary.
