Sidney McBride—Director is with the Wildbrook Condo Association in Southfield MI where he has served as Board Secretary since 2005. He is a licensed attorney and real estate agent in Michigan. Sidney has extensive Board experience involving HOAs, Condos and Co-ops. In March 2023, he became our newest member of the UCOM Board.
Carol Hoggard – Director
Carol Hoggard is currently Vice President of Trenton Leisure Meadows Condominiums Board of Directors. In the past she has served as President, Recording Secretary and Director. She has been a member of the Board for 10 years and has lived at TLM for 25 years. She is retired from Omni Facility Services, assigned to the Building Superintendent of the Henry Ford II World Center as a data specialist.
Clara Sumeghy – Secretary
Clara Sumeghy served as President, Recording Secretary, Director and member of the Providence Towers Condominium Association for over 15 years. She has been on the UCOM Board of Directors since 1998. She has a Master of Science in Allied Health Education from the University of Michigan.
